As standard all tubes have an external white lacquer and internally they are with a transparent protective lacquer. To optimise tightness, there is an internal latex rim at the closing end. The orifice has a protective and tamper-resistant membrane. Sterilised tubes do not have a membrane. For specific requirements, tubes can be supplied with a tip for eye ointment or for urethral use.
